What is the sensitivity of “i-screen”?
|
|
Its
sensitivity is as high as nested PCR. It can detect 10 virus copies per
reaction.

|
If comparing “i-screen” with “IQ2000TM,
which is more accurate?
|
|
The sensitivity is the same as
these two kits are using the same technique platform of nucleic acid
amplification to detect the virus. Thus, they have the same accuracy and
sensitivity results.

Why is sometimes the background color of the Detection Stick very
dark?
|
|
This may be
due to over timing at Step 8. It is suggested not to exceed 10 minutes at this
step. Please carry out each step with its requested time mentioned in the Instruction
Manual.

Why does the test fail when there is nothing appeared in both windows?
|
|
If both
windows are blank, it represents the internal control has failed. It does not mean
“negative” if the Detection window shows as blank. If the procedure is not
familiar with, it is highly suggested to follow Instruction Manual carefully
while carry out the tests. If there is any technical problem found, please do
not hesitate to contact your local agents for immediate assistances.
