Dissolving Space

Withdraw test kits from freezer equivalent to the number of samples planned to test. Allow it to defrost. Wobble Tube 2-1 gently to bottom down the liquid. Apply Regular-tip to Black Pipette and transfer the defrosted liquid from Tube 2-1 once to Tube 2 ONCE along the tube wall while transferring.  Transfer liquid into 2 by following its tube wall. Apply the same method to second 2 for dissolving

Use Dropper to transfer the defrosted liquid ALL from Tube 5-1 along the tube wall to Tube 5. Cap it and wobble it gently.

Sampling Space

Use forceps to place sample into Tube 0. Sterilize forceps immediately to avoid contamination. Crush the muscle gently with Grinder.

Wobble Tube 1 gently to bottom down the liquid. Apply Filter-Tip to White Pipette and transfer liquid from Tube 0 ONCE to Tube 1. Dip the tip into liquid of Tube 1 gently and press-release pipette to its first stop for 5-10 times. Dip the tip into liquid of Tube 1 and gently press-release pipette to its first stop. After transferring liquid into Tube 1, cap on Tube 1 and flick it three times and shake it three times.

Apply new filter tip on White Pipette and intake liquid in Tube 1 ONCE (Intake more than once is prohibited) Dip its tip into liquid of Tube 2. Slowly distribute the liquid by pressing the pipette. Do not release pipette. Keep pressing position until the tip leaves the liquid surface in Tube 2. Cap on Tube 2. Transfer the liquid again in Tube 1 ONCE to another Tube 2. Cap another Tube 2 on.
