What is “i-screen”?
“i-screen”
is a diagnostic kit based on shrimp viral DNA amplification which allows
farmers to do it by themselves easily at home.
Its sensitivity and accuracy are as high as nested PCR. It helps screening
shrimp disease become very easy and simple.
How many kinds of shrimp virus diagnostic are there in “i-screen”
series?
Currently,
there are diagnostic sets for WSSV and TSV.
Who is applicable to “i-screen”?
Everyone is
applicable for using “i-screen”, especially people from 3
categories below.

from any suspicious source or different packaging i-screen.
What is the best storage condition for i-screen?
To ensure the
performance of the epochal biotechnological product – “i-screen”, please store
it at a freezer or any household freezer. Avoid repeating thaw-and-freeze
during the storage. Only defrost the necessary number of kits at a time.
How is “i-screen” being delivered?
i-screen remains in good condition when stored as frozen. During delivery,
it is better stored in a thermal insulation container. (eg. Styrofoam box with
ice inside) Please store it again in freezer upon arrival.
Furthermore,
i-screen could be also transported at room temperature. All i-screen kits can be
carried at 37℃ for a
week and still remain the same activity and sensitivity. Nevertheless, it is strongly suggested that
if delivery at room temperature is necessary, i-screen is best to be
delivered to the destination within 3 days, and be refrozen straight away upon
arrival.
