Tube Rack

There are two different colors of Tube Racks, made of plastic, including 2 pieces of green color and 4 pieces of red. Each rack has 24 holes to place tubes at size 1.5ml-2 ml and 15 holes for 0.5ml. It is temperature resistant from -30℃~90℃. They are also acid, alkaline and salt proof.

【Application Method】Use for placing tubes during tests only.

【Storage Condition】Room temperature

【Maintenance】Wash and keep it dried after used each time.

Reaction Oven

( Temperature has been set before leaving the factory. Please do not re-set temperature by yourself.)

Reaction Oven was made of Stainless Steel inside and rust-proof steel plate in outer box. Temperature is adjustable by button from room temperature to 80℃. Its voltage is 220V/60Hz.

【Special attention】

i.  Please make sure voltage is compatible to avoid damage.

ii. Please place it on fixed location or table horizontally. Avoid swaying during usage.

iii. Reaction Oven can produce heat during tests. To avoid accidents, please do not place any irrelevant items above Reaction Oven.

【Application method】

i.  Plug it into electricity plug and switch power on. When indicator light is on, it shows electric supply is functional.

ii. Check the display temperature whether pre-set 60℃ is reached after 30 minutes.

iii.  Please contact sales person if Reaction Oven is unable to reach 60℃ after pre-heating for 30 minutes.

iv.  It is strongly suggested not to adjust temperature privately. It may lead to tests failure.

【Maintenance】

If Reaction Oven left unused for a longer period, please cover with water-proof plastic cloth to protect it from dust and water.

【Cleaning method】

i.  Unplug the Reaction Oven before cleaning.

ii.  Clean outer part with damn paper tower.

iii.  Pay extra attention when cleaning inner part of Reaction Oven. Do not touch the sensor on left hand upper corner during cleaning. Clean it with damn paper tower and wait until it dries before closing the door.
