Micro Pipette

The light-weighted, quantitative pipettes made of plastic are designed for long-term use. Its accuracy does not influenced by temperature and can be operated with single hand to avoid contamination while changing tips. There are 2 different types of pipettes in black and white color.

【Application method】：

A. Quantitative pipettes are special instrument for tests only. For first time user, it is suggested to be familiar with its two-stop operating methods by using clean water and tips enclosed.

B. Before intake liquid, make sure tips are loaded on the tips of pipettes. (Regular-tip for Black Pipette and Filter-tip for White Pipette). Reuse tips is prohibited. Please discard them after each test immediately.

1. Up-load tips:

Use finger tips to hold the widest part of tip. Slightly screw it onto the tip of pipette and make sure tip is tightened.

2. Remove tips:

Press the reject bottom to remove tip into waste container.

3. Absorb liquid:

Press Pipette to first stop. Keep Pipette as vertical as possible. Allow the tip end to immerse into liquid and release the button to its rest position slowly. Avoid releasing it too soon to absorb liquid inside Pipette.

4. Distribution:

Move Pipette with tip contains liquid to designated tube where liquid will be distributed. Slowly press the button to first stop. Wait until the tip end leaves the liquid surface before releasing the button.

【Maintenance】

If Reaction Oven left unused for a longer period, please cover with water-proof plastic cloth to protect it from dust and water.

【Cleaning method】

i. Unplug the Reaction Oven before cleaning.

ii. Clean outer part with damn paper tower.

iii. Pay extra attention when cleaning inner part of Reaction Oven. Do not touch the sensor on left hand upper corner during cleaning. Clean it with damn paper tower and wait until it dries before closing the door.
